Indirect Auto Lending Dealer Relationship Manager
A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Indirect Auto Lending Dealer Relationship Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will focus on growing and supporting auto dealership partners, improving origination workflow, and leveraging dealer and portfolio performance insights to inform pricing and program enhancements, while maintaining strong credit quality, compliance, and risk controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of auto dealership partners to drive indirect auto loan volume and high-quality originations
- Identify, onboard, and support new dealerships aligned with bank lending strategy, credit standards, and profitability goals
- Optimize loan origination workflow with dealers and internal teams to improve speed, quality, and consistency
- Monitor dealer and portfolio performance metrics; analyze trends to recommend pricing adjustments and program enhancements
- Partner with credit/underwriting, operations, and compliance to ensure adherence to policy, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver dealer training and ongoing program guidance to strengthen performance and alignment with lending standards
Key Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in indirect auto lending and dealership relationship management
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and auto finance (deal structure, funding process, program execution)
- Experience with credit risk assessment and pricing (rate sheets, program economics, exception monitoring)
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable influencing external dealer partners and internal stakeholders
- Intermediate Excel; basic Word and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no current or future sponsorship available
- No direct people management responsibilities
