2021 Discussion Series - Managing the COVID Stressors
Presenter: Jeanne Koller, PhD, MSW, LCSW
Jeanne Koller is an Assistant Professor for the School of Social Work at Monmouth University. Prior to her work in academia Jeanne had over 26 years of clinical social work practice experience specializing in grief and loss, depression, relational issues, aging, and issues related to the LGBT+ community. During her years of practice, she also served as a “Substance Abuse Professional” for Employee Assistance Programs and provided interventions after sudden traumatic events.
Presenter: Gail Reilly, MD
Dr. Reilly is a board-certified family physician who graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She began her career as an active-duty Navy physician, serving in Operation Desert Storm aboard the USS Santa Barbara and then completing her residency in family medicine at Naval Hospital Charleston, SC. She was stationed at the Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, NJ before leaving active duty and joining the staff of Patterson Army Clinic at Fort Monmouth, NJ as a contracted family physician. She served as the Medical Director for the Parker Family Health Center, a free clinic that offers care for uninsured patients delivered by health care providers who volunteer their services in the community. Subsequently she served as the Chief Clinical and Quality Officer of the VNACJ Community Health Center, a four site Federally Qualified Health Center in central New Jersey and, most recently, worked as the NJ State Medical Director for Eleanor Health, supporting outpatient addiction treatment services.
