Her certifications include... Group Exercise Instruction/American Council of Exercise (ACE)\, Personal Training & Corrective Exercise Specialist/National Association of Sport Medicine (NASM)\, Primary Sports Nutritionist/National Association of Sports Nutrition (NASN) and Run Certified Coach/Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). With these certifications under her belt\, Jen ventured into the world of helping women change their lives into a healthier and happier direction.\n\n \n\nShe Runs was born in 2016. Jen prides herself in welcoming ALL levels of fitness into her group. Offering positive support and technical knowledge\, Jen has helped many women cross the finish line. "It's more than just a run\," has been said zillions of times after a group run. She Runs offers emotional support and female empowerment to all those involved. Friendships are a natural byproduct\, and so many other types of activities have been planned thus far\, such as group dinners and Stand Up Paddling lessons!! There is so much more to come!!\n\n\n\nhttps://bit.ly/MRCC2021WIB09L
