Shored Up asks tough questions about our coastal communities\, and was filmed over a period of three years\, culminating with the impact of Sandy.  It explores the conflicts and personal stakes of communities along the shore.\n\n \n\nDirector Ben Kalina will introduce the film and answer questions after the screening.\n\n\n\nShored Up talks to scientists\, politicians\, residents and a wide range of experts to expose major shortcomings in coastal management and the immediate need for change.
